Haryana Government Reshuffles IAS/HCS Officers With Immediate Effect

Governor orders transfer of three officers across key administrative posts; fresh posting orders for a fourth officer to follow

The Governor of Haryana has ordered the posting and transfer of IAS and HCS officers with immediate effect, according to an official order signed by Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi in Chandigarh on April 10, 2026.

Under the order (No. 1/49/2026-1SII), three officers have been reassigned to new positions. Dr. Subhita Dhaka, an IAS officer of the 2018 batch, who was serving as Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer in Palwal, has been appointed as Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Haryana, against a vacant post.

Chinar, an HCS officer of the 2016 batch who was posted as Sub Divisional Officer (Civil) in Shahabad, has been transferred as Deputy Secretary to the Government of Haryana in the School Education Department, also against a vacant post.

Hari Ram, an HCS officer of the 2023 batch serving as City Magistrate in Hisar, has been posted as Sub Divisional Officer (Civil) at Hathin, in place of Shri Apratim Singh of the same batch.

Separately, the Chief Secretary’s office confirmed that posting orders for Shri Apratim Singh, HCS (2023), will be issued at a later date. He has been directed to submit his joining report to the Office of the Chief Secretary to Government, Haryana, after relinquishing his current charge.

The order has been circulated to all senior officials across Haryana’s administrative machinery, including Additional Chief Secretaries, Divisional Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners, and relevant departments of the Government of India.
