THE MAN BEHIND THE AWARD
Taneja, 35, is a first-generation entrepreneur, international keynote speaker, and the driving force behind the Adsparkx Group — a high-performance digital and marketing organisation of over 150 professionals, headquartered in Gurugram, with a global footprint.
An alumnus of the prestigious Punjab Engineering College (PEC), Chandigarh, Taneja began his career at Deloitte — but left within a year, driven by what he describes as a “relentless entrepreneurial spirit.” In 2014, he joined Adsparkx Media as promoter and co-founder, building it steadily into an organisation specialising in high-growth sectors including Finance and Health & Wellness, and scaling it to eight-figure revenues under his leadership as CEO.
